DCS-FCQ Series: Air Forced Packer for Valve Bag

1. Product Description:

This series of machines are designed for Packing Mixture with Powders and Granules, Granular Materials into Valve Bags, the Advantage is Fast Packing Speed and High Accuracy. Representative Materials are Barite, Silicon Sand, Calcined Flint Clay, Active Carbon, Refractory Materials, and Dry Mortar etc.


2. Technical Parameters:

● Packing Rate: 3-8 bags/minute (packing speed depends on the material features and packing bags)

● Weighing Accuracy: ± 0.2-0.6%

3.Working Principle:

DCS-FCQ series packing machine using forced air to sweep materials. When the materials in boiling hopper reaches high level, valve on the top of hopper closes. Under the enclosed circumstance, materials are swept into packing bag by the strong wind with low pressure from outside the hopper. Meantime mechanical and electronic parts cooperate together to control the materials within the target range, finishing the packing and metering.
